TITHING & NON-PROFIT DISCOUNTS
We are committed to serving the Lord and you
through the skills we have been blessed with. Below you will
find our price list for our most common services. We also
offer discounted subscriptions for many services which will be
based on your congregation size.
As Believers and stakeholders in your ministry IT4God will tithe
10% of your total invoices to your church†
each quarter. This is above and beyond any negotiated prices
or discounts.
PRICING
Phone or Remote: We offer toll free help desk support
(including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada) so we can answer your
questions, or walk you through solving your problem. We can also
initiate a non-invasive remote control session where you login to
a webpage that allows us to share our screen to help you
understand what's going on. You can also choose to allow us
to actively troubleshoot your computer remotely so we can best
determine your computer's problem and solve it all in one shot.
You control when we access the computer, you see exactly what
we're doing on your screen and you can terminate the session at
anytime. We do not install any software without your
permission and we will provide you with a session log so you know
exactly what we did.
OnSite: At your home, office or event location.
Currently limited to Southern California for non-subscription
support. Workshops and training is Travel and Meals + Love
offering.
Lab: Some clients prefer us to do the work in our lab.
You have the option of shipping the equipment to us, or we can
pick up and deliver for a small additional fee. In some
areas we have partnered with churches local to you that serve as
IT4God field offices where you can drop off equipment for us to
work on.
Retail Rate: We want to offer you the best pricing, so
we keep tabs on what the retail stores are charging. We list their
service prices so you can compare the value of IT4God's
services... and they don't tithe to your church!

* IT4God combines your PC's checkup with a
diagnostic. Most retail stores charge separate for this
service so we present the service to you as separate so you can
assess the retail store rates.
** IT4God does not charge extra to connect up
to 8 devices, you will only be charged for the Advanced
services. Additional devices beyond 8 will be charged at
the hourly rate
***Hourly rate is charged when services are
added on, or additional hardware or software need to be worked
on. This is far more economical than continuing to add
packages prices on top of package prices. The hourly rate
is charge in increments of 15 minutes. .
† If you do not
specify a church affiliation at the time of billing, IT4God will
select a 501c3 church or ministry/mission related organization
from our client list.
